Xiao Shi Xing Bubble Milk Tea Puffed Adlay.
Red adlay (Job's tears) puffed under high pressure and roasted at low temperature. Made in Taiwan.
The bubble tea character comes from molasses and coconut sugar — dark, treacly, brown-sugar rather than caramel. Dry, brittle crunch.
No preservatives. No artificial colouring. No artificial sweeteners. Not deep-fried.
Best eaten straight from the jar. The grains are dry and brittle, not sticky.
