Important: please be available to receive your delivery. Our courier partners in Singapore follow a standard drop-and-go delivery model. If no one is available to receive the parcel, it is left at the doorstep or a safe location chosen by the driver. There is generally no second delivery attempt. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the expected delivery day.

DELIVERY PRICING
Free delivery threshold
All orders with a combined cart total of S$70 or above qualify for free delivery, regardless of product mix. The S$70 threshold is calculated on the final cart total after any discounts and before delivery fees.
Delivery charges below S$70
Kombucha only: S$15 flat fee. Cold-chain handling required.
Mixed cart (kombucha + other products): S$15 flat fee. Cold-chain handling required for the shipment.
Non-kombucha products only (e.g. Ratusan): Weight-based rate, calculated and displayed at checkout.
The flat S$15 fee for kombucha orders reflects Botaniko's cold-chain handling cost, not the underlying courier rate. It applies regardless of which courier delivers the parcel.
Worked examples
Example 1 — Kombucha only, below threshold
Cart: 3 bottles of WiskTea Recipe Kombucha at S$42
Delivery fee: S$15 flat
Total at checkout: S$57
Example 2 — Mixed cart, below threshold
Cart: 2 bottles of kombucha (S$30) + 1 tin of Ratusan MCT Coffee (S$30) = S$60
Delivery fee: S$15 flat (kombucha rule applies because the shipment requires cold-chain handling)
Total at checkout: S$75
Example 3 — Non-kombucha only, below threshold
Cart: 1 tin of Ratusan MCT Coffee (S$40) + 1 Tru-Ginger Lotion (S$20) = S$60
Delivery fee: Weight-based rate calculated at checkout
Total at checkout: S$60 + checkout-calculated delivery fee
Example 4 — Any cart, above threshold
Cart: 6 bottles of kombucha at S$81 (or any mix totalling S$70 or above)
Delivery fee: Free
Total at checkout: Cart total only
Subscription delivery
All WiskTea Recipe Kombucha subscription deliveries are free, regardless of order value. This applies to both the Regular Plan (6 bottles monthly) and the Enthusiast Plan (12 bottles monthly).
Non-refundable delivery fees
Once a courier has been dispatched, delivery fees are non-refundable. This reflects costs already incurred with the courier.

SHIPPING COVERAGE
Botaniko ships within Singapore only, across our entire product range. We do not offer international shipping or cross-border delivery for any product.
We deliver island-wide including all HDB estates, condominiums and private apartments, landed properties, commercial and office addresses, and most healthcare and education facilities.
Restricted or special-access locations
The following may require additional arrangements. Please contact us before ordering:
- Sentosa — delivery generally available; courier access charges may apply
- Jurong Island — restricted access; contact us in advance
- Military installations and certain government facilities — contact us to confirm
- Construction sites and temporary addresses — we recommend a stable delivery address
Customers outside Singapore
For Ratusan products in Malaysia, visit ratusan.com.my. For WiskTea Recipe Kombucha, we currently sell within Singapore only. Customers based overseas may place orders to a Singapore delivery address using an overseas billing card — this is a domestic Singapore delivery, fully supported.

STANDARD DELIVERY
Timing
Standard delivery arrives 1–3 working days after dispatch. Orders placed before 5pm SGT on a working day are typically dispatched the same or next working day. Orders placed after 5pm SGT, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day. Saturday delivery is generally supported. Sunday and public holiday delivery is not.
Courier partners
Botaniko's primary courier partner is Ninja Van Singapore, which fulfils the majority of our deliveries. We may also use J&T Express, Lalamove or GrabExpress, and other licensed Singapore couriers where operationally appropriate. Regardless of which courier delivers your order, the published delivery fee, timeframe, and drop-and-go behaviour apply. Your tracking details will identify the actual courier handling your parcel.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and courier name, and an SMS notification if a mobile number was provided at checkout. Real-time delivery status updates are available via the courier's tracking portal.
Cold-chain handling for kombucha
WiskTea Recipe Kombucha is dispatched with cold-chain handling to preserve freshness and natural carbonation. Bottles are pre-chilled before packing, insulated packaging and cold packs accompany every kombucha order, and dispatch timing is coordinated to minimise transit duration. Please refrigerate kombucha promptly upon arrival.
Ratusan products (powdered nutritional beverages and lotions) do not require cold-chain handling and are dispatched in standard packaging.
Product expectations — kombucha
WiskTea Recipe Kombucha is a naturally fermented, live-culture beverage. The following are normal and are not grounds for return or refund:
- Natural carbonation that may vary slightly between batches and bottles
- Minor sediment or floating particles — a sign of live cultures and unfiltered brewing
- Subtle batch-to-batch flavour variation due to small-batch production and natural ingredients
Recipient availability and unattended deliveries
Singapore's standard last-mile courier model is drop-and-go. This applies across all our courier partners:
- If you are not available at the time of delivery, the parcel is left at the doorstep or a safe location chosen by the driver
- Couriers do not typically attempt a second delivery as standard practice. Re-delivery, where offered, is at the courier's discretion and not guaranteed
- Botaniko cannot specify special delivery instructions such as "hand to recipient" or "leave with concierge"
- Once delivery is logged by the courier — whether handed to you or left at the address — the order is considered delivered
Kombucha parcels follow the same drop-and-go protocol despite being cold-chain shipments. Please ensure someone is available to receive and refrigerate your order promptly.
If you anticipate being unavailable, consider choosing Local Pickup at checkout or having your order delivered to an address where someone will be present.
Once the courier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you. Botaniko cannot replace or refund orders that are lost, stolen, damaged, or compromised after this point.

LOCAL PICKUP
Pickup is available at our Collection Point in Tampines, by prior arrangement only. Walk-ins without advance confirmation cannot be accommodated.
How to arrange pickup
Select "Pickup in store" at checkout. Contact us via WhatsApp at +65 8789 9343 or email shopify@botaniko.sg to schedule your preferred collection time. We will confirm the appointment and provide the exact unit details. Collect at the confirmed time.

Collection by a third party
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please ensure they have your order number and the name the order was placed under. Please inform us in advance via WhatsApp or email.
Uncollected orders
Orders are held at the Collection Point for up to 14 days. If uncollected, we will reach out to confirm your preferred next step. Where possible we will arrange standard delivery at no extra charge. Freshness considerations apply for perishable items.
Local Pickup is a good option if you anticipate being unavailable for standard delivery, or if you prefer to collect cold-chain kombucha parcels directly.

SUBSCRIPTION DELIVERY
All WiskTea Recipe Kombucha subscription plans include free delivery, regardless of order value. This applies to both the Regular Plan (6 bottles monthly) and the Enthusiast Plan (12 bottles monthly).
Deliveries are dispatched on the same date each month as your original order, unless adjusted in your account. You can reschedule, skip, or pause cycles through the customer portal at botaniko.sg. Subscription deliveries follow the same 1–3 working day timeframe, cold-chain protocol, and drop-and-go courier model as standard delivery.
Changes to an upcoming subscription delivery must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled dispatch date. Changes made after the cut-off will apply to the following cycle.
Both subscription plans require a minimum of 3 orders before cancellation without restriction. Cancellation is available at any time via the customer portal after the minimum is met.
If your delivery date consistently falls on a day you cannot be home, reschedule the cycle to a date that works for you via the customer portal.

BOTTLE RETURN AT DELIVERY
Empty WiskTea Recipe Kombucha bottles can be handed to your courier at your next scheduled delivery to earn S$1 store credit per bottle through the Bottle Return Programme. Have your rinsed bottles ready at the delivery address when the courier arrives. Full programme details are available on the product pages and the Bottle Return Programme page.

FESTIVE PERIODS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
During Singapore's major festive periods, dispatch and delivery may extend by 1–2 working days. Affected periods include Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, Hari Raya Haji, Deepavali, Christmas and year-end, and National Day. Where known delays are anticipated, Botaniko will communicate in advance via email, a notice on botaniko.sg, and social media channels.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged — broken bottles, leaks, or compromised packaging — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging and your order number. We will arrange a replacement on your next delivery, a credit applied to your account, or a refund — whichever you prefer.
If you receive the wrong product or flavour, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
The following are not eligible under this section:
- Natural carbonation variation, sediment, or batch flavour variation in kombucha
- Quality issues from delayed refrigeration after the courier has logged delivery
- Parcels lost, stolen, or damaged after the courier has logged delivery

ORDER PROCESSING
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email order confirmation within minutes and a dispatch notification with tracking details when your order leaves us.
If you wish to cancel or modify an order before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp at +65 8789 9343. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
All prices on botaniko.sg are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of prevailing GST where applicable.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Botaniko is not liable for courier delays, misrouting, or service disruptions; weather events or other force majeure circumstances; failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided at checkout; parcels left at the doorstep by courier partners when the recipient is unavailable; theft, loss, or damage occurring after the courier has logged delivery; or quality issues from delayed refrigeration after delivery.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Lemon Law.
