Product suitability and age guidance
Some products in our range carry age suitability guidance. Tru-Protein and Tru-Quinoa are suitable from age 4 and above. MCT Coffee and MCT Jasmine Black Tea are suitable from age 12 and above due to caffeine content. WiskTea Recipe Kombucha is intended for adult consumers. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure products are appropriate for the intended user.
Health and regulatory disclaimer
Botaniko's products are food-grade functional beverages, nutritional supplements, and personal-care items. They are designed to support general wellbeing as part of a balanced lifestyle. They are not medicines, therapeutic products, or medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Botaniko's products comply with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) and Health Sciences Authority (HSA) regulatory requirements applicable to food, beverages, and personal-care products sold in Singapore. SECTION 6 — ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at the time of the order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account information including email address and payment details as needed.

SECTION 7 — SUBSCRIPTIONS
Botaniko offers recurring subscription plans for WiskTea Recipe Kombucha through the Kaching Subscriptions platform. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms.
Both the Regular Plan (6 bottles monthly) and the Enthusiast Plan (12 bottles monthly) require a minimum commitment of 3 orders before cancellation without restriction. Both plans bill monthly on the anniversary of your first order.
You may manage your subscription — including flavor swaps, delivery reschedules, skips, pauses, address updates, payment method changes, and cancellation after the minimum commitment — through your account portal at botaniko.sg.
Changes to an upcoming subscription delivery must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled dispatch date. Changes made after the cut-off apply to the following cycle.
Subscription pricing reflects a recurring discount applied to each cycle. Botaniko reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

SECTION 8 — BOTTLE RETURN PROGRAMME
Botaniko operates a Bottle Return Programme that allows customers to return empty WiskTea Recipe Kombucha bottles in exchange for S$1 store credit per qualifying bottle. Participation requires a Botaniko account. Credits have no expiry date and apply automatically at checkout.
Qualifying conditions, return channels, and full programme terms are set out in the Bottle Return Programme policy at botaniko.sg. Botaniko reserves the right to modify or discontinue the programme with reasonable notice.
