What is Botaniko?
Botaniko is a Singapore-based curator of premium Southeast Asian wellness products. We source and distribute brands that meet three standards: GMP-compliant production, recognition by regional health authorities, and clean, effective formulations. Our current shelves feature WiskTea Recipe artisanal kombucha and Ratusan functional nutrition.
What brands do you carry?
WiskTea Recipe — Singapore's widest pure kombucha collection, with 23 distinct flavours across 4 series: Single Origin, Botanical, Fruit, and Coffee. Small-batch brewed with real botanicals, naturally fizzy, preservative-free.
Ratusan — Functional nutrition rooted in Southeast Asian heritage, including MCT Coffee, MCT Jasmine Black Tea, Tru-Protein, Tru-Quinoa meal replacements, and the Tru-Ginger Multi-Purpose Lotion.
Are your products certified?
Every product on Botaniko is produced in GMP-compliant facilities and is approved or recognised by the relevant regional health authorities. We choose partners who can document their formulations end-to-end.
How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, choose your payment method, and confirm. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayNow, GrabPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our secure Shopify checkout.
Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible before dispatch via WhatsApp +65 8789 9343 or our Contact Us page and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, we cannot cancel or modify it.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Yes — prices on botaniko.sg are inclusive of prevailing GST where applicable.
Will I receive a tax invoice?
Yes — your order confirmation email serves as your tax invoice and includes all order details.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Singapore.
How much does delivery cost?
- Orders S$70 and above: Free delivery on all products
- Kombucha orders below S$70: Flat S$15 delivery fee (cold-chain handling)
- Non-kombucha orders below S$70 (e.g. Ratusan): Weight-based rate, calculated at checkout
- Mixed carts including kombucha, below S$70: Flat S$15 applies
- All subscription plans: Always free
How long does delivery take?
- Orders placed before 5pm SGT on a working day are typically dispatched the same or next working day.
- Standard delivery across all products: 1–3 working days from dispatch.
- Saturday delivery is generally supported; Sunday and public holiday delivery is not.
Will my kombucha stay fresh during delivery?
Yes. Kombucha is a live, naturally fizzy beverage, and we schedule deliveries to minimise transit time and preserve freshness. Refrigerate your bottles immediately upon arrival to maintain optimal flavour and carbonation.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
What happens if I'm not home when my order arrives?
Our courier partners follow Singapore's standard drop-and-go delivery model. If you're not available, your parcel will be left at your doorstep or a safe location chosen by the driver. Re-delivery is not guaranteed as standard practice.
For kombucha orders, please refrigerate your bottles promptly on arrival. If you can't be home, consider our free Local Pickup at our Tampines Collection Point — contact us via WhatsApp +65 8789 9343 to arrange a convenient time.
Is local pickup available?
Yes — free pickup is available at our Collection Point at 109 Tampines Street 86, The Alps Residences, Singapore 528534, by prior arrangement only.

What is your return policy?

My order arrived damaged or a bottle is broken — what do I do?
We're sorry. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the outer packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or store credit on your next order.
Can I return opened bottles?
For food safety and product integrity reasons, opened or partially consumed kombucha and nutritional beverages cannot be returned.
How long do refunds take?
Our default resolution is store credit applied to your Botaniko account — no expiry, usable on any future order including subscriptions, bundles, and Ratusan products.
Where a refund to your original payment method applies (e.g. order cancelled before dispatch), card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscribe & Save delivers WiskTea Recipe kombucha to your door on a monthly schedule at a deeper discount than one-time purchases. Two plans (6 or 12 bottles) are available, and both qualify for free delivery.
How do I sign up for a subscription?
On any WiskTea Recipe product page, choose the "Subscribe and save" option, select your plan (6 or 12 bottles), curate your flavour mix from the 23 eligible flavours, and complete checkout. Your first delivery dispatches per the schedule you choose.
Can I customise my flavour mix?
Yes. Both plans let you choose from the full WiskTea Recipe library — 23 eligible products across Botanical, Fruit, Coffee and Single Origin series — and you can change your flavour mix between cycles.
Can I pause, skip, swap flavours, or cancel my subscription?
Yes. From your account dashboard you can:
- Swap any flavour for another eligible flavour
- Skip an upcoming delivery
- Reschedule the next delivery date
- Update your payment method or delivery address
- Pause your subscription
- Cancel after the minimum commitment
When is the cut-off for changes?
Changes to your next order must be saved at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date to ensure they're applied before fulfilment.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes — a minimum of 3 orders on both plans. Since both plans bill monthly, the minimum commitment is 3 months. After that, you can cancel anytime.
When am I charged?
You're charged on the same date each month, starting from the day you subscribed. You'll receive an email reminder before each renewal.
What happens if my payment fails?
You'll be notified by email and the system will retry automatically. If the payment remains unresolved, your upcoming delivery is paused until you update your payment method in your account.
Do subscription discounts stay if I swap flavours?
Yes. Your subscription pricing is preserved when you swap between eligible WiskTea Recipe flavours.
Can I switch between the 6 bottles and 12 bottles plans?
Yes — cancel your current plan via your account dashboard and re-subscribe to the new plan. Your subscription pricing is preserved on the new plan. We're working toward in-portal plan switching for a smoother experience.
Is 12 bottles a month too much?
At roughly 3 bottles per week, the 12 bottles plan suits households of two or more, dedicated daily drinkers, or those who like to keep a curated flavour rotation in the fridge. If you're unsure, start with the 6 bottles plan and upgrade later.
Can I gift a subscription?
For gifting, we recommend our one-time bundles. For custom subscription gifting, contact our team via Contact Us.
What is the Bottle Return Programme?
Return your empty WiskTea Recipe Kombucha bottles and earn S$1 store credit per bottle, applied to your next order. Credits never expire and accumulate indefinitely on your Botaniko account.
Returned bottles are sanitised to industrial standards and reused for future fills — the kombucha inside is always freshly brewed. Every bottle reused reduces packaging waste and helps keep small-batch craft kombucha sustainable.
Which bottles qualify?
Any genuine WiskTea Recipe Kombucha bottle qualifies — any flavour, any time, any source. To be eligible, bottles must be:
- Rinsed clean — no residue, mould, or odour
- Labels intact — do not remove or peel the original label
- Structurally sound — no chips or cracks
- Original cap included
Bottles from other brands or bottles with labels removed do not qualify.
How do I return my bottles?
Two options:
- Drop off at our Tampines Collection Point — by prior arrangement. Contact us via WhatsApp +65 8789 9343 to confirm a drop-off time.
- Hand to your courier at your next delivery — have your rinsed bottles ready and pass them to the courier on arrival. Drop us a WhatsApp message afterwards to confirm the count.
A Botaniko account is required to receive credit. Create one free at botaniko.sg before returning your bottles.
When does my credit appear and how do I use it?
Credit is applied to your account within 3 working days of return verification. You'll receive an email confirmation when it lands.
Store credit applies automatically at checkout — visible in your account dashboard at any time, stacks with subscription discounts and bundle savings, and never expires. Enthusiast subscribers returning 12 bottles per cycle can earn up to S$12 credit per month — enough to offset a future order.
