Both Peaceful and its Single Origin sibling Humble are brewed with oolong tea and nothing else. The difference is concentration. Where Humble sits at 0.70% — delicate, understated, orchid-like — Peaceful brews at 0.95%, unlocking a more expansive, more layered expression of what oolong is capable of. At this concentration, the creamy floral character that defines oolong at lower levels gives way to something richer: stone fruit undertones that surface gradually in the mid-palate, a complexity that unfolds over multiple sips rather than announcing itself in the first.
