Java Coffee Kombucha is the brighter, more structured sibling in WiskTea Recipe's Coffee Series β€” a small-batch brew that brings the clean, energising character of Java Arabica into an entirely new dimension through live fermentation.

Java. The Indonesian island so historically synonymous with coffee that its name became a word for the drink itself. Java Arabica is distinct from its Sumatran counterpart β€” where Gayo Coffee from Aceh delivers earthy depth and wine-like complexity, Java Arabica tends toward a cleaner brightness: cocoa and nutty notes with a slightly higher, more structured acidity that feels crisp and invigorating rather than mellow and contemplative.

Fermented alongside black tea through a live SCOBY culture, that brightness is preserved and sharpened.
