Humble is WiskTea Recipe's first oolong expression — and one of the most quietly impressive bottles in the entire Single Origin Series.

Oolong occupies a singular place in the world of tea. Partially oxidised, it exists elegantly between the lightness of green and the boldness of black — borrowing the best qualities of both without fully committing to either. At 0.95% green tea, Freedom is bright and grassy. At 0.95% black tea, Grateful is robust and malty. Humble, at 0.70% oolong, is something altogether different: creamy, floral, silky, and warmly nuanced in a way that neither extreme of the tea spectrum can replicate.

The lightly oxidised oolong delivers a distinctive orchid-like floral note that surfaces gently on the palate — not loud, not perfumed, but present in the way that the finest things always are.
