Soft. Floral. Quietly Extraordinary.

Chamomile Kombucha is WiskTea Recipe's most calming botanical expression — a brew that asks nothing of you except to slow down and savour it.

Chamomile has been steeped in cups across the world for centuries, prized for its warm, honey-tinged, apple blossom character. Here it is brewed into a small-batch kombucha alongside green tea: a pairing that is gentle by design. The green tea provides a clean, grassy foundation that lets chamomile's natural floral sweetness speak without interruption, while the fermentation process lifts the whole brew with a subtle, barely-there tartness that keeps it refreshing rather than sweet.

The result is a kombucha that is light-bodied, soft on the palate, and deeply aromatic — the kind of bottle you reach for when the day calls for something quieter.

For those who find beauty in the understated.

  • A timeless botanical — chamomile is one of the world's most beloved flowers; this is its most refined expression in kombucha form
  • Soft and approachable — one of the gentlest profiles in the entire WiskTea Recipe range; ideal for those new to botanical kombucha
  • Delicately complex — honey, apple blossom, and a whisper of tartness; simple on the surface, layered on the palate
  • A natural wind-down ritual — light, floral, and calming; a considered alternative to an evening cup of tea
  • Clean label, zero shortcuts — no preservatives, no artificial sweeteners, no synthetic additives of any kind
  • Naturally fizzy — live SCOBY fermentation produces real carbonation, not added CO₂

Best served well-chilled. Refrigerate before serving and pour gently into a glass. For a warmer, more tea-like experience, allow the bottle to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving — the floral notes open up beautifully.

Before opening: Gently invert the bottle once to redistribute any settled culture. Do not shake — natural carbonation builds pressure and shaking may cause overflow. Open slowly, releasing pressure gradually before pouring.

Suggested pairings:

  • Light pastries — shortbread, almond croissants, vanilla madeleines
  • Honey-based desserts — baklava, honey cake, panna cotta
  • Mild cheeses — fresh ricotta, burrata, cream cheese
  • Afternoon tea — the natural pairing; chamomile kombucha alongside finger sandwiches and scones

Serving occasions: Evening wind-down, afternoon tea, gifting, mindful moments, wellness rituals

Storage: Keep refrigerated at 4–7°C at all times. Consume within 7 days of opening. Keeps for up to 6 months when stored chilled.
