Butterfly pea flower has been prized across Southeast Asia for centuries — for its vivid natural pigment, its clean earthy floral character, and its quiet elegance as an ingredient. Here, it is brewed into a small-batch kombucha alongside green tea and fresh lemon: a trio that is as beautiful to look at as it is to drink.

On the palate, it is light and aromatic. A mildly earthy floral note from the butterfly pea flower opens first, brightened by a fresh citrus zing from real lemon, and grounded by the clean, grassy freshness of green tea.
