QUALITY & TRANSPARENCY

Nothing to hide

We periodically submit flavors from our range to ILAC-MRA accredited laboratory — to independently verify our fermentation quality. The results confirm the presence of live lactic acid bacteria across our small-batch kombucha range.

Every bottle of WiskTea Recipe kombucha is brewed with the same small-batch discipline — and independently tested to prove it. We believe what goes into your glass should be traceable, verifiable, and honest.

What we test for

Live lactic acid bacteria — confirmed by a third-party lab.

WiskTea Recipe is a living, naturally fermented beverage. We test for Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) — the living microorganisms produced through real fermentation. This is not a probiotic supplement claim. It is confirmation that our kombucha is genuinely alive, traceable to an accredited independent laboratory using ISO 15214 methodology.

LAB RESULTS

Three flavours tested. One process verified.

Selected flavours were submitted as representative samples of our fermentation process. Every WiskTea Recipe flavour is brewed using the same small-batch method.

Results ranging from hundreds of thousands to millions of colony-forming units per gram are consistent with naturally fermented kombucha. These are not probiotic supplement doses — they reflect the living character of the fermentation itself. Variation between flavours is normal and expected; all were brewed through the same process.
